Venmo is a peer to peer  mobile payment service founded in 2009 and owned by PayPal since 2012. It enable its users to link their Venmo accounts to their bank account, credit and debit cards thereby serving a virtual intermediary.

Venmo provides an app for users to to split bills, e.g. for movies, dinner, rent, or event tickets etc in comparison to Payal, both offer free payments from linked bank accounts, and both charge about 3% for payments from a credit card. However,  Venmo extends its no-fee option to payments made from debit cards, while PayPal only allows free payments directly from a bank accoun

Its unique feature is social side whereby transfer of funds is design as a fun and an interesting exercise including the use of emojis to describe the traded items in question.

Venmo provides services such as ast, safe, social payments in  in apps & online, Pay in stores,Venmo Debit Card and Credit Card
and Crypto services.
