Climate change and inequality are critical challenges of our time, and current estimates suggest that the total addressable market for resilience solutions is almost 50 percent of the world’s population, hence the need for inclusive tech providers to make inroads with pioneering models that can serve climate-vulnerable populations and improve their resilience to shocks.

Global inclusive tech accelerator Catalyst Fund, managed by BFA Global, is open for  startups that are building solutions designed to improve the resilience of underserved and climate-vulnerable communities in emerging markets.

Startups should be involved in Financial resilience ( emergency payments, insurance, disaster relief, data for pricing risk, asset building products), Climate-smart livelihoods (green jobs, recycling, sustainable agriculture, carbon credits, fishery management), Sustainable utilities (water management, energy, cooling, cold storage, ventilation, clean energy access) and must have already existing products in the market with customers.
